Our Hatchery

Empacadora San Lorenzo has spent decades working on genetic mapping and selective breeding practices. For years we have worked with the best nutritionists in the world to develop the perfect diet for our shrimp.

Today our hatchery, Granjas Marinas Larvicultura (GML), has an installed production capacity of 80 million nauplii per day, post-larvae that oscillate to 700 million per month, an algae production of 500 tons per day, and a rotifer production of 100 tons per day.
